Having invested significant effort in developing and supplying additional knowledge articles to enable our remote workforce to maximize productivity from home, we must also assess the impact.
It appears there was a substantial increase in the consultation of knowledge articles during the week we initiated our mandatory remote working challenge.
Following the spike, usage has decreased but remains higher than what we previously considered 'a normal work week'.
