Knowledge : Checking Usage Over Time

After having put a lot of effort in creating and providing additional knowledge articles to allow our remote workforce to be as productive as possible from home we also need to validate the impact.
It looks that we had a very noticeable spike on the consultation of knowledge articles the week we started our mandatory homeworking challenge.
After the spike, the usage is lower again but still higher than what we used to call 'a normal work week'.
